Dev is a Partner at Triton. He brings over 30+ years of experience in investing, fundraising and M&A. He is also the Founder & Managing Partner at Lastaki Advisors which was set up in 2009 with a vision to advise and partner with entrepreneurs, especially in new-age industries and technology space. Ever since then, Dev has led Lastaki from the front and advised over 100+ sector-agnostic fundraising, M&A, and Management Advisory transactions.

Dev has been a pioneer in the Enterprise-SaaS-technology investing space and firmly believes in the power of new-age technologies in transforming and disrupting businesses globally.

Throughout his professional journey, Dev has partnered with several successful Indian businesses in the capacity of an Investor, Board Member, and Investment Banker.

2004 was when Dev turned an entrepreneur as the Founder and CIO of Tricolour Advisory Services, advisor to an India-dedicated hedge fund (AUM US$190 million) and also advised Fortress Investment Group, a global hedge fund (AUM US$20 billion) on its India investments (In 2006 Tricolour India Fund was nominated as the Best Performing India Hedge Fund by Eureka hedge).

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, his stints included holding Director-level and senior leadership positions at Credit Suisse and HSBC. Dev is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Dev likes to run long distances and has participated in over 10 ultra-marathons & other marathons across different locations and terrains. He is also a voracious reader across genres and an avid follower of classical music.
